I have over 20 years experience in executive positions in both private and public sector.

 

I have in-depth working experience with public policy and operational roles in the communications sector.

 

I have hands on experience in TV distribution sector both in digital, analogue and OTT/IPTV distribution as chairman and as senior advisor.

 

Currently, I am involved in c-level advisory in Europe and Africa.

 

My carrier spans from roles as; producer of the TV program “Sweden Today” and “Sweden Now” to operational functions in the public sector as; Chief Political Advisor to the Deputy Mayor of The City of Stockholm, Press Secretary and Campaign Manager to the Mayor of Stockholm, Member of Parliament,  Chair of the UN Human Rights Commissions working group on People of African Descent.

 

I have vast experience of how government works, having served as an MP of the Swedish Parliament for four years and currently as a trusted confidential advisor on strategic public policy.

 

I have founded and Chaired various communications companies including the production company Content Group Africa, Prime FM in Ghana,  Villa Ilac Hotel in the DRC and more recently as founder of Next Generation Advisors NGA Novum AB.

 

I am currently involved in a number of civil and not for profit activities; including roles such as a Civil Marriages Officiant appointed by the Governor of The County of Stockholm and as a board member of IFS Internationella Företagarföreningen I Sverige, (International Association of Ethnic entrepreneurs of Sweden).

 

I am a member of the board of Governors of the UK based charity Minority Rights Group. 

 

I have experience as chairperson of various institutions of trust including the Swedish civil society umbrella for development cooperation Forum Syd.

 

I was born and raised in Ghana, but have spent the past 36 years in Sweden, where I currently live and work. I love music and am a pretty good cook. Thats me! Lets talk!
